One of the important roles of a Founder Shield leader, manager and team member is to provide feedback to aid in the mastery of the content via flexible and interactive instruction, tutoring, and personalized feedback. Additionally, the manager is responsible for collecting feedback from staff to provide interventions, as needed. Ensuring a community that thrives on prompt, specific, and actionable feedback is key!

  • Utilize instructional practices to provide quality feedback.
