• To acclimate new hires to processes and tools used within Scale to ensure maximum success in their role.
• To foster a community of support, collaboration, empathy and learning and development throughout our teams.
• To provide materials, resources and personalized learning opportunities to ensure new hires adjust and are ramped up effectively to be contributing, productive members of the organization within 3 months of their hiring date.
